Most of Dusenbery’s artistic career has been devoted to making sculpture in stone: marble, travertine, limestone, and granite, precisely assembled as coherent sculptural forms. His sculptures are monumental in scale. Their formal vocabulary takes classical architecture’s visual language as a starting point, merging architecture and sculpture.
